Privacy
Last updated 12 August 2026.
ALL TALK has no accounts. It never asks your name, and the name you type to join a game is only ever shown to the people at your table.
What stays in your browser
Three things, all on your own device, none of them sent anywhere except to run the game:
- a random id for your browser, so you get your points back if your phone locks
- the name you typed and the code of the room you're in
- an unlock code, if you've bought the full game
Clearing your browser data removes all of it. No cookies are set, and there is no advertising, no analytics and no third-party tracking of any kind.
What the server keeps
A game in progress lives in memory only and is gone when it ends or the server restarts. Nothing about who played, what they bragged, or who won is written down anywhere.
The only things stored are:
- Day games — the board for a golf round or similar, so four hours of it survives a restart. Deleted after seven days.
- Decks you save — cards you wrote, filed under your browser's random id and nothing else.
- Unlock codes — a random code and the payment it came from. No name, no email.
- A count of devices per unlock code — random browser ids, used to see whether codes are being shared. Attached to no person.
If you pay
Payments are handled entirely by Stripe. Your card details never reach this server — they go straight to Stripe, who are also the ones who hold your email address and receipt.
That is deliberate. It means this game can take money without keeping a list of who its customers are. When you ask to recover a purchase, your email is passed to Stripe to check and is not stored here.
Stripe's own privacy notice is at stripe.com/privacy.
Children
No personal information is collected from anyone, including children. A child playing at a family table types a first name that is shown to the room and stored nowhere.
Getting things deleted
Clearing your browser data removes everything held on your device. For anything else — a saved deck, an unlock code, a day in progress — email support@alltalkgame.com and it will be deleted. There is no account to close.
